Refund Policy

At Nurture Ambition, I am committed to providing high-quality career and wellbeing coaching services that are thoughtful, ethical, and client-centred. Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing any services.

Coaching Programs & Packages

​

Due to the personalised nature of coaching, refunds are not provided once a coaching program or package has commenced.

​

If you request to cancel before the first scheduled session, you may be eligible for a refund minus any administrative fees already incurred.

​

Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled at my discretion, provided sufficient notice is given.

​

One-Off Coaching or Career Counselling Sessions

​

Payment for single sessions is required in advance.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

Digital Products, Resources & Materials

 

Any downloadable resources, worksheets, programs, or digital materials are non-refundable, as access is provided immediately upon purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

 

I understand that life happens. In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or unforeseen emergencies), refund or credit requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if this applies.
 

Australian Consumer Law

 

This policy operates in line with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or remedy if a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or if it does not meet reasonable expectations.
