My intergrated approach
I work at the intersection of burnout recovery and career wellbeing, because supporting one without the other rarely leads to lasting change.
With over 17 years’ experience in career development and occupational rehabilitation, I’ve supported individuals navigating psychological injury, chronic stress, forced career change, and return-to-work transitions. Again and again, I saw the same gap:
Career support without wellbeing doesn’t work and wellbeing support that ignores work doesn’t last.
That’s why my work now centres on helping clients recover capacity first, before making decisions about work.
The Sustainable Career Recovery Framework

We focus on nervous system regulation, reducing overload, and understanding burnout as a physiological response, not a personal failure.

We rebuild energy, boundaries, and trust in your body and decision-making, so you’re no longer operating from depletion.
3. Reclaim Career Identity
We explore values, strengths, and meaning, helping you reconnect with who you are beyond burnout and productivity.
4. Redesign Sustainable Work
Only once capacity and clarity are restored do we look at career redesign, return-to-work planning, or transitions that genuinely support your wellbeing.
This approach allows for flexibility ... whether you’re staying in your role, returning after burnout, or considering something new.
