Nurture Ambition provides tailored Career Coaching for NDIS participants who want to build their work capacity, explore career pathways, increase independence, and step into meaningful employment or volunteering opportunities.

Our coaching is person-centred, strengths-based, and designed to support participants with psychosocial, cognitive, physical, or neurological disabilities to develop the practical and emotional skills needed for work, study, and community contribution.

We operate with a warm, supportive, trauma-informed approach that honours participant choice, agency, and goals.

Funding Options

Career Coaching can be funded through a participant’s NDIS plan under:

Capacity Building – Finding & Keeping a Job (FAKAJ): Employment preparation, capacity building, job-readiness. Participants can access sessions through their Plan Manager or directly if self-managed.
