AI can write your resume but it can’t get you the job. In today’s world of endless information, success isn’t about access, but how you use it. Many job applications now feel overly polished and generic, missing the human voice that truly connects. While AI can support and refine your content, it should never replace your critical thinking. Because at the end of the day, hiring decisions are made by humans, not algorithms.
